Workmanship

"They are very personable people, un-bureaucratic and not at all hierarchical. The owners really get their hands dirty, and as a team they’ve got this in-built aim to achieve the best possible finish. I think it is one of the most difficult things you can do, because of tight regulations and problems, and they do it pragmatically and with good humour."
Gerard Versteegh, Client

Cohesion

What sets us apart is the quality of our workmanship. We are driven by a shared passion to deliver the finest finishes in the business. We achieve this through an incredible work ethic, and an attention to detail that borders on obsessive. We employ talented individuals who are masters of their respective trades and have developed long term relationships with the best joiners and craftsmen in the industry. Our commitment to working together produces an efficient and motivated on-site team, which ensures our finishes are executed to the most exacting standards.

More about our team

Complexity

An exemplary finished product begins with a ruthless attention to detail from the outset. Complex restoration, refurbishment, new build and interior fit out projects demand an intricate knowledge of construction, procurement, programming and regulations so that issues can be engineered-out at the earliest possible stage. The four directors - Ben Howard, Philip Cheevers, Darrin Reid and Derek Poole - have accumulated over 80 years experience between them and possess the necessary range of skills and breadth of knowledge to deliver in this highly competitive and demanding market. With rigorous planning and programming, we believe anything is possible.

"They have recently completed our headquarter building and marketing suite in Mayfair to an excellent standard and having purchased the adjoining site are demolishing the existing buildings for us before we construct a new office building for rent. We will certainly be talking to Cheevers about a further role in the project."
