Bespoke Contracting Services

We are main contractors operating primarily in London’s luxury property sector. At every stage of the construction process, from initial demolition right through to an immaculate finished product, aftercare services and beyond, our aim is to exceed your expectations.

Construction

Construction in this sophisticated marketplace is nothing short of an art form. Technology advances alongside architecture and design to create evermore intricate and ambitious buildings. Whether it’s a new build or restoration project, from demolition to digout, refurbishment to refit, we strive to master the ever evolving art of high end construction.

Small Works

Any project under £1.5 million falls under our ‘small works’ remit. It is a growing area of the business. Faster paced small works projects tend to be more client facing. Usually the size of the site is much smaller; some projects involve tiny spaces with logistical and access challenges which we are expert at circumventing. We have to react very quickly and anticipating risk is the key challenge. We have already secured the whole of last year’s turnover in this year’s first quarter.

Aftercare

It doesn’t end when the project is completed. A vital part of our business is the unrivalled aftercare service we provide. With complex projects involving cutting edge technologies, issues can arise that require our ongoing attention. We take a proactive approach, checking in with our clients on a monthly basis and inviting them to raise any concerns. We understand that this is your home and approach all aftercare issues with the utmost sensitivity. Long term relationships and retained business, on both client and trade side, is testament to our continued commitment to outstanding workmanship long after we’ve left the site.

"They’ve got a fresh new approach to contracting. Not only are they highly competent, but they are full of enthusiasm and have a real sense of client service. From an architectural perspective, they never tried to dilute the design but always strived to fulfil it."
