Phil’s job is to understand everyone else’s. His background as a quantity surveyor and previous experience as a commercial director have given him invaluable insights. He knows all the key players in the market from the supply chain side right through to top end management. He is driven to find a solution, no matter how challenging the circumstances, and he pushes incredibly hard on deadlines. He is rigorous about employing excellent people, with personalities to match and has a keen eye for identifying talent.

Ben has a long history of success in sales and marketing which since 2000 has been within the high end residential market. Ben invests time and resources into nurturing client relationships and enjoys close connections with leading architects and designers. Quality control is at the heart of their brand and Ben makes sure that their high standards are rigorously adhered to. He is dedicated to client maintenance, and has regular meetings with new clients to gauge feedback.

Co-operation

We are only as good as the people we employ and the relationships we nurture. But talented individuals can only be as good as the environment in which they operate. So many disparate elements and trades have to come together at the right time and in the right way in order to deliver on a project. Architects, structural engineers, interior designers, project managers, stonemasons, joiners, electricians and plumbers are some of the individuals whose willingness and ability to cooperate with each other is paramount. The smooth running of a project is largely determined by the co-ordination and co-operation between them. We strive to facilitate a co-operative working environment both on site and in our Chelsea offices, which enables people to thrive as individuals and deliver their best work as a team. We have an approachable integrated Board who take a proactive role in projects and are committed to employees’ personal and professional development which fosters a loyal and dedicated staff.

Communication

In order to maintain our close connection with clients and continue to produce work of impeccable quality, we have employed experienced project directors and made each responsible for two or three projects at any given time. This management team enjoys an involved support from the board as and when needed and report updates and projections regularly so that issues can be anticipated and addressed before they arise. This proactive, highly engaged management structure, creates a culture of shared responsibility throughout the organisation.
